Right idea, not-so-great execution

After reading the capabilities that Sling was bringing, I was really excited to try it out. Given that the service has been operational for some time now, I was expecting a level of stability and reliability. Unfortunately, the stream pauses and buffers way to often. I am an IT professional and I know the problem
Is not on my end. Other streaming services, such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc stream flawlessly, full HD. Live streams are tricky to handle but there are technologies to buffer serverside to provide a more reliable experience on the customer side. Customer service experience MUST be a priority in commercial products like this. If this is not addressed Soon I will be on the market for a new solution.
