Not ready for primetime

Could not get NBC to watch the Olympics as advertised. Customer service was unwilling/unable to help. Call center supervisor didnt seem to mind losing a customer. Its unfortunate because I was ready and willing to be a fan and I was never rude or angry on the phone. Just thought I should get what I paid for.
