In one word: ITDOESNOTWORK

Total failure. I have never had even a free app that would not open on my phone at least once.
This pathetic excuse for a service cannot be even opened on PC or iPhone even after signing up for a service twice the price of Netflix.
(Ok the app opened with a black screen with some random radio host talking but there was no way to change station, get a picture, or even an interface: nothing - certainly no way to watch the Olympic Final I bought this for)
Ever since then it does not have any sound or picture.
The PC version is even worse. I called tech support in desperation - for more than 25 min I am waiting to be connected)
