Not worth it. Not even this free for 7 days is it worth it

I love the service no more giving my dollars to the cable companies if your Internet is weak you will have bad service I hope that someday they will add channels like sci-fi logo BBC America.
More channels would be great, but at the least it could be less buggy. Overall it gets the job done.
I tried Sling TV before and the service was terrible. Constantly freezes and poor quality. I just tried again and its still terrible. Nothing has changed. Do not pay for this service.
This claims to take back TV but its ESPN and TNT streams block content depending on your area. Booooooooo! You are the same as the other cable operators!
Finally, my kids can watch cartoons on the tv in their room, my wife can watch hgtv in the living room and I can watch Viceland on my iPad at the same time!!
Im not completely disappointed, but this app needs some help buffering. I have the highest speed internet available. Ive tried using it on my iPad, iPhone, and PC. Of the three, it seems to run best on my iPad - however, after a little while, it asks if Im still watching. If I happen to be out of the room, itll cut off and I have to log back in. Annoying, to say the least! On the PC, it lags a little bit - a few seconds delay. If I change the channel then change back, it will usually catch up. Its a great alternative when youre looking to cut the cord. But it could use some updates.
This app is headed the right way. However, it needs a lot of improvement. It needs an Apple TV app so that I can still use my phone and enjoy live tv. (Mirroring through iPhone does not work well, specially when you get calls and text messages). You get what you pay for.
Heed the warnings of other reviewers doesnt work well at all
Well, as others have said, I really wanted to like it but it is crap. Should have listened to the reviews. Just google it. Almost no one on any website offering a user review of this service is satisfied. Everything negative that has been said is true. I dont see how anyone can say anything positive other than it is a great idea - because it is! Just extremely poorly implemented by a company that will likely go under before the year is done. I signed up for the 7 day trial and I will most certainly cancel as I cant get anything to stream - just an endless orange circle and eventually an error if I wait long enough. I have tried it on multiple devices. All fail miserably. I really hope some company eventually does this right. It is a great idea!
over all its very good in my old apple tv. but to get it going i have activate the mirror from my device apple iphone 4s that im streaming from, regular airplay with out mirror will give an error on the screen i also encounter pixalated picture or the picture delay or skip, i found the simple solution is to turn the airplay with mirror off have it play on your device wait a few second and turn the airplay on problem solvesfor me almost all the time. i also have chromecast device ez to use, buffering on live events like basketball for example the pixalation occur more often but i can deal with that for now improvements still can be done. over all this is good for me, my only request is the option to be able to use 2 devices instead of one will be great thx.
It wont let me fast forward with the latest update? This is not cool. I am not able to enjoy my shows like before.
I like the idea of small numbers of channels for lower cost. But whoever built this app did a bad job. The menu is this kindergarten like large icons as opposed to a simple list of programs. When watching and you bring up the guide, hard or impossible to go back to what you were watching without reselecting from guide. No way to create your favorites of just the stations you want to look at most often. Worst, even with my Internet running at 15 Mbps, the stream in the sling TV Windows app was pixelated and glitchy. Hopefully other services similar to SlingTV will appear that do a much better job of designing the app.
I like the service thats being offered, but the apps both on iOS, PC, and Mac are terrible. They are very very buggy, slow, glitchy, and extremely not user friendly. Annoying to navigate when everything appears in one constant horizontally scrollable list even when more space is available. Constantly relaunching, constantly waiting for the app to relaunch. Please redo your app lineup. Its 2016, theres no excuse for bad apps.
Really - Wheres the Apple TV app??!!
The concept is good but it never fails to have trouble with streaming. I like the channel choices, the video sharpness but Sling repeats shows too often and once the spinning circle appears during a show, you are doomed to either restart or move on to another show. I am getting so frustrated that after a year of Sling taking the fees and not fixing their issues, Im considering dropping it. There are rarely any updates.
Way out of date. Has none of the iOS 9 features. That app would be amazing with PIP. And its annoying that Im paying for a service, when the main app for it in my life is just bad.
- completely redesign the UI current UI is hard to use and confusing. - upgrade resolution for iPhone 6 and iPad Pro - add option for reminders for your favorite shows - add a recently watched channels area
Good app if it works. Slow load times, most of the time doesnt work. Should have to restart my phone consistently. Product works well on the Xbox.
Thank god for the free 7 day trial. This thing is awful. Will not be a customer for the product. Lags, inconsistent. Just a real bummer. Really wanted a strong product here. They have a LOT of kinks to work out. Listen to the reviews folks, its awful.
