I want to watch on big screen TV!

This app has a LOT of technical issues to work out. It continually crashes and starts playing the middle of a show I wasnt watching. Its not very user friendly. These seem to be pretty basic things an app like this would need to run well. Hopefully they can fix it. Ill be canceling after my week trial is over.

Constant buffering, loading, crashing, pixelated content, and occasionally poor picture quality with my fast FIOS connection.

This app wasnt able to load any live videos and TV schedule. Perhaps it works on other devices but on my device its useless.

The app on my iPhone crashes constantly and does not give me the same amount of channels as my other devices!

This app has horrible network stability while steaming with a chrimecast. FYI - I am currently subscribed with TWC on a 60MB plan. Every single streaming service and gaming over-wifi works amazing (HD streaming always and no lag on my games) but yet the SlingTV app cannot stop buffering. I even checked my internet speed and reset my modem&router. Im glad Im simply taking advantage of the 7 day trial... FIX your internet stability over chromecast.

I subscribed to Sling Blue with the idea of using it to watch NBC. I can get NBC Sports but not the main NBC channel despite NBC being advertised as an option. Disappointing!!

Decent for what it is, but you would have thought theyd have figured a way to keep it from crashing on a daily basis. If theyd fix that problem I could deal with the pauses and other bugs. As it is its a decent/passable at best alternative, but not a great alternative to television.

Could not get NBC to watch the Olympics as advertised. Customer service was unwilling/unable to help. Call center supervisor didnt seem to mind losing a customer. Its unfortunate because I was ready and willing to be a fan and I was never rude or angry on the phone. Just thought I should get what I paid for.

Its so slow, so skippy, constantly buffering, stopping, loading...it seriously feels like streaming on dial up 20 years ago. Almost unwatchable. Honestly so frustrating that I have to turn it off and go watch Netflix every so often.

I echo what everyone else is saying. For a streaming app, you would think they would have this down but unfortunately they dont. It constantly lags, buffs, drops the connection, etc. I have absolutely no issues with the HBO app so I know its their coding/infrastructure support. I hope they fix it soon otherwise its an easy decision to drop this after the 7 day free trial.

Add play in background and difficult to navigate and get content .. Disconnected in a minute

Been using this app since day one of the service. There has never been a single time where Ive opened it for the first time and it worked. You always have to double-press the home button to be able to force quit after it gets stuck on a black screen, AT LEAST 5-10 times!!! Its frustrating as hell. I have 100Mbps internet, so speed is not an issue because I test that whenever theres an issue. When it does work, navigation for shows & channels is hopelessly worthless because the icons & graphics are cut off at the bottom & edges of the screen. Clearly, the service is underpriced because they dont have enough revenue margin that allows upper management to decide to hire skilled app developers. Im getting depressed just writing this review.

AAAND the app has worked PERFECTLY since day 1 which was a few months back. All the channels I love. No interruption in service. Low price. Cant beat it. Thank you SLINGtv -- very satisfied customer.

I just signed for 3 months and the service doesnt work on my iPad, the one of my son, my iPhone and the one of my wife. After one week, no one has a solution! Stay away from it!

I love this idea, 20-25 bucks for streaming sports and a whole lot of other extras! but you are almost throwing your money away, if it is a popular live broadcast, forget it, it constantly glitches and buffers. The mobile app seems simple enough, but still has constant issues. I hope SlingTV gets their stuff together, this idea is very promising, but there lack-luster service and performance will be the demise of their company.

If you, like me, are not a cable subscriber but would really like to watch the Olympics I can save you some time. Unless your primary interest is table tennis and other very minor events, dont waste your money! NBC will not let you watch the "good stuff" from Sling. Someday perhaps the Olympics will stimply be available over the Internet live - all events. For now, big fat business jealously controls the gate and charges a hafty admission. Dont waste your time.

Terrible image quality!!!!!!!

Total failure. I have never had even a free app that would not open on my phone at least once. This pathetic excuse for a service cannot be even opened on PC or iPhone even after signing up for a service twice the price of Netflix. (Ok the app opened with a black screen with some random radio host talking but there was no way to change station, get a picture, or even an interface: nothing - certainly no way to watch the Olympic Final I bought this for) Ever since then it does not have any sound or picture. The PC version is even worse. I called tech support in desperation - for more than 25 min I am waiting to be connected) STAY AWAY

This is a great app/service and keeps getting better every day. This is the future of TV.
